1. Collecting Buyer Information

  • To ensure a smooth checkout process, collect necessary information before people click the "Pay Now" button, such as color and size options.

  • When additional information is needed from shoppers during checkout, perhaps because they forgot to select options, gracefully point out the issue and assist them in correcting it.

  • Use highlighting or warning text to identify missing information and automatically navigate to the problematic fields so shoppers can quickly correct and complete the purchase.

  • Ask for optional information before the checkout begins.

  • BasicEx Payment only requires the shopper's email address (not mandatory).

  • We strongly recommend including the buyer's email as part of the buyer object when creating an invoice through the BasicEx Payment API. This facilitates BasicEx Payment in notifying the buyer about the payment order status and subsequent order processing (e.g., refund processing if needed).

2. BasicEx Payment Logo Download

  • Use the BasicEx Payment logo to convey that BasicEx Payment is an available payment option. Click here to download the BasicEx logo.
  • You may also find it useful to display supported currencies next to the BasicEx Payment logo.
  • When listing available payment methods using a radio button selector, always display the BasicEx Payment logo along with the text "BasicEx Payment" as an option for making payments with cryptocurrency.
