  • Incorrect Blockchain or Cryptocurrency: If the customer chose the wrong blockchain or cryptocurrency during payment, it can lead to the payment not being received.
  • Incorrect Contract Address: Customers may attempt to create the illusion of a payment by forging transactions with unrelated cryptocurrencies. Please confirm whether the contract address matches.
