Payouts

How to process payouts through the BasicEx payment API or the merchant dashboard.

• Payout API: Integrate with the BasicEx payment API to automate withdrawals through the interface (highly recommended).
• Manual Withdrawal via Merchant Dashboard: Initiate withdrawal requests manually through the merchant dashboard.

Payout Status List

WARNING

Before initiating a payout request, ensure that the merchant's available balance is greater than the payout amount.

paid

The payout request begins in this state and involves making a cryptocurrency payment to the wallet address specified by the merchant (ensure the accuracy of the blockchain and cryptocurrency information to avoid fund loss, which cannot be recovered).

While in this state, the merchant's payout request will be broadcasted to the corresponding blockchain. If the required number of blocks is confirmed, it will reflect the new status to the merchant.

completed

When the status is completed, it means BasicEx has successfully sent the cryptocurrency to the specified wallet address. For example, if the payout is in Tether (USDT), it requires confirmation from 2 blocks on the corresponding network, taking an average of 15 seconds to 1 minute to complete.

failed

failed indicates that the payout processing for the transaction has failed. Please contact customer support for further inquiries.
