BasicEx Payment Merchant Application

1. First, register for a BasicEx Wallet, then log in to the wallet and complete the primary authentication information.

2. Go to the BasicEx Merchant Dashboard, click on "Become a Merchant," and after logging in, choose "Direct Merchant" to fill in the required information (please provide accurate merchant information, e.g., the merchant name will be displayed on the payment checkout page).

3. After filling in the merchant information, contact online customer service for verification. Once verified, reopen the browser and log in again to access the merchant dashboard.

Viewing Merchant ID

1. Log in to the BasicEx Merchant Dashboard.

2. Click on the "My Homepage" menu to check your merchant ID.

Generating API Key and Certificate

1. Log in to the BasicEx Merchant Dashboard.

2. Click on the "Developer" menu and choose "API Certificate (V2 New Version)."

3. Click the "Generate API Key" button at the top right of the page, choose "Generate Certificate," enter the security captcha, and then generate the certificate.

4. Download the certificate and private key immediately afterward.

WARNING

The private key download is a one-time-only download, so please make sure to keep it secure.

Adding Payout Whitelist

1. Log in to the BasicEx Merchant Dashboard.

2. Click on the "Developer" menu and choose "Payment API Settings."

3. Enable the whitelist (restrict access to trusted IPs only).

4. Enter the desired IP addresses to enable, and save after adding each one.
