C2C Buying Tutorial

Supports two methods: Quick Buy/C2C Buy, with one-click operation for safe and convenient transactions.

Step 1: Open BasicEx Wallet and select the C2C market

Click on the "Buy" button and enter the amount or quantity.

Step 2: Order Generation

Step 3: Make payment to the seller

Please make sure to use a payment method under your own real name and make the payment to the seller. After making the payment, click on "I have paid, notify the seller".

Note: If you have not made the payment, please do not click the confirmation button to avoid being considered malicious behavior!

Step 4: Wait for seller's confirmation of payment

Once the seller receives the payment, they will release the coins at the earliest opportunity.

Note: If the seller does not release the coins and does not respond to chat messages within the specified time, you can choose the "Dispute" function to initiate the dispute process.

Step 5: Successful coin purchase! 🎉
