Wallet Recharge Tutorial

This feature is for cryptocurrency recharge (not payment), which means withdrawing cryptocurrencies from a non-BasicEx wallet to BasicEx wallet.

Step 1: Select the Recharge Function

For PC users, locate the "Funds Management" section and select the "Recharge" option. Choose the corresponding "Currency" and "Mainnet".

For mobile app users, find the "Recharge" function in the the second function button at the bottom. Choose the corresponding "Currency" and "Mainnet".

Step 2: Information Display

If it's your first time selecting this option, the system will automatically generate a wallet address for you. Generally, this address won't change, but for the safety of your funds, please double-check to avoid any accidents.

If you have already generated an address, carefully verify if the "Currency" and "Mainnet" are correct.

Step 3: Recharge to this Address

Initiate a "withdrawal" from an external wallet to the "wallet address" generated by BasicEx for you.
